Pre-Construction is the initial phase of any project. At this point, we map out the scope of the project including the project definition, potential issues identification, timeline, cost estimation, and needs analysis. In doing so, we take a preventive approach to the project by eliminating issues early on. The most important aspect is making sure our clients have a well-rounded understanding of the entire project before the work even begins.
